FANUC SERVO ALARMS

Fanuc Servo Alarms (list by Fanuc ALPHA servo amplifier type). If you require earlier NON alpha modules and units click here. The servo drive alarms listed on this page are for alpha numeric digits on the single seven segment LED display present on all of these ALPHA servo modules and units. Below is the meaning of the various FANUC servo amplifier alarms. Contact us for more information.

Type A & Type B, FSSB (A06B-6079, 6080, 6096, 6097-Hxxx)

  • 1 = Fan alarm
  • 2 = Low Voltage (Control 5V)
  • 5 = DC Link under voltage
  • 8 = HCL (high current L axis)
  • 8. = IPM L axis
  • 9 = HCM (high current M axis)
  • 9. = IPM M axis
  • A = Over-current (N axis)
  • A. = IPM N axis
  • b = HC (high current L/M/N axis)
  • F = Cooling fan stopped
  • U = COP10B comm error FSSB
  • L = COP10A comm error FSSB

ALPHA i aiSV amplifiers (A06B-6114. 6117, 6124, 6127-Hxxx)

  • 1 = Fan alarm
  • 2 = Low voltage
  • 5 = DC Link
  • F = Cooling Fan
  • 8, 9, A = Overcurrent (N axis)
  • 8., 9., A. = IPM alarm on corresponding axis axis
  • b, c, d = HC (high current L &/or M &/or N axis)

SVU servo amplifier units (A06B-6089-Hxxx & A06B-6090-Hxxx)

1Over Voltage alarm ( HV)
2Low control power voltage alarm (LV)
3Low DC voltage alarm (LVDC)
5Over regenerative discharge alarm (DCOH)
8L-axis over current alarm (HCL)
9M-axis over current alarm (HCM)
6L and M axis over current alarm (HCM)
8.L-axis IPM alarm ( IPML)
9.M-axis IPM alarm (IPMM)
bL and M axis IPM alarm

The ALPHA SVU drives such as the 6089 and 6090 series of self powered amplifiers; are now the BETA i series of units. Such as the 6136, etc.
